Hosted by Michael Haney, this intimate evening brings together a powerhouse lineup: Erin Enderlin, Jim “Moose” Brown, Alex Kline, and Sophie Smithson. Starting at 7:00 PM, these hitmakers will pull back the curtain on the hits you love, sharing the raw stories behind songs made famous by legends like Willie Nelson, Lee Ann Womack, Alan Jackson & Jimmy Buffett, Jamey Johnson, and Tenille Arts.

ERIN ENDERLIN
Growing up in Arkansas, Erin Enderlin was drawn to her papaw’s record collection—before she even hit kindergarten, she was hooked on country music. Today, Rolling Stone says her songs are “the stuff of country classics—concise, tear-stained, and all too relatable.” Enderlin has a knack for sharply drawn characters—backsliders, avengers, lovers, and the heartbroken—and she brings them to life across her acclaimed albums Faulkner County, Whiskeytown Crier, and the new project she’s recording with Sunny Sweeney and Harley Husbands.
Her storytelling has earned admiration from icons and institutions alike. Elton John spotlighted her on his Rocket Hour show, calling her “a brand new country artist I absolutely love,” and the Country Music Hall of Fame & Museum featured her in its American Currents exhibit as a breakthrough artist. A regular on the Grand Ole Opry—30 appearances and counting—Enderlin has also seen more than 50 of her songs recorded by artists including Lee Ann Womack, Reba, Willie Nelson, Luke Bryan, and The War And Treaty. She recently stepped into film and TV as well, co-writing “Blood in the River” and three additional songs for The Gray House, an upcoming 2026 Amazon Prime series produced by Morgan Freeman and Kevin Costner.

JIM “MOOSE” BROWN
As a songwriter Moose won the Grammy award for Best Country Song for co-writing “It’s Five O’clock Somewhere”, recorded by Alan Jackson and Jimmy Buffett, and he has had songs recorded by Martina McBride, Willie Nelson, Steve Wariner, Trisha Yearwood, Jamey Johnson, Shania Twain, The War and Treaty, Larkin Poe, Mo Pitney, John Schneider, Heidi Newfield, Tyler Farr, Darryl Worley, Ronnie Milsap, Josh Turner, David Allen Coe, James Otto, Joe Nichols, Teea Goans, Eddie Montgomery, Cody Jinx, Ward Davis, Gene Watson, and others.
As a touring musician, Moose has toured and recorded extensively with Bob Seger as a member of The Silver Bullet Band. Moose has also toured with Vince Gill, Marie Osmond, Dan Seals, and others.
As a record producer, Moose co-produced Daryl Worley’s top 10 single “Sounds Like Life To Me” as well as the critically acclaimed album by Jamey Johnson, “That Lonesome Song,” which features the ACM and CMA Song of the Year “In Color”. The Platinum-selling album was nominated at the Grammys, ACMs, and CMAs for Album of the Year. Moose also co-produced Jamey’s certified Gold double album “The Guitar Song”, which was also Grammy nominated for Best Country Album.
As a session player, Moose won the Academy of Country Music award for “Piano/Keyboard Player Of The Year” in 2015, 2017, and 2023. He has played on over 40 #1 singles as well as the movie soundtracks of “Varsity Blues”, “Country Strong”, ”Cars, and Cars 2”.
Jim “Moose” Brown was inducted into the Arkansas Entertainers’ Hall of Fame (2010) and the Michigan Country Music Hall of Fame (2024).

ALEX KLINE
Multi-instrumentalist Alex Kline is among Nashville’s prominent No. 1 hit producers and songwriters. Kline recently made history as the first woman to solely produce a Mediabase No. 1 country hit with Tenille Arts’ single “Somebody Like That.” Additionally, in 2021, Kline was recognized by the AIMP Nashville Awards as a nominee for its Nashville Rising Songwriter of the Year, as well as by Music Row Magazine as a nominee for Female Songwriter Of The Year.
Her songs have been recorded by Ronnie Dunn (“Damn Drunk”), Reba McEntire, Tigirlily Gold, Mitchell Tenpenny, Karley Scott Collins, Tenille Arts, Sara Evans, Larry Fleet, Mae Estes, Roan Ash, Terri Clark, Gary Allan, Harper Grace, Danae Hays, Thomas Edwards, Ian Harrison, Muscadine Bloodline, Bill Anderson, Meghan Patrick, Cassadee Pope, Mason Ramsey, and many others.

In 2019, CMT enlisted Kline to produce the network’s “Ram Truck Initiative,” which gives developing artists the resources they need to further their artistry.

Emerging from the heart of Arkansas, Sofie Smithson is a powerhouse country vocalist and songwriter leading the breakout band Sofie and The New Relics. With a voice reminiscent of Loretta Lynn and the storytelling spark of Emmylou Harris, Sofie blends classic country soul with modern Americana edge. Sofie sings with charisma and maturity beyond her years, her songwriting tapping into classic themes with modern energy. Reviewers often note her ability to connect with her audience— even as a teen, she performs with the emotional honesty of a seasoned storyteller. Most recently, Sofie signed a publishing deal with Travelin’ Zoo Music, the Nashville-based company founded by Sawyer Brown, marking her entry into the national songwriting conversation.

MICHAEL HANEY (HOST)
Michael Haney always felt making a career out of making music was out of reach — until 2015, when he was looking for his next gig after a decade as a sports radio producer and on-air personality in his native South Carolina. He moved to Nashville that September. Now signed to Rock Ridge Music, Haney is honing his warm, comforting Americana sound under the guidance of producer Ben Jackson (Josh Ross, Sister Hazel, Aaron Watson) while working with country-pop-rock band Sister Hazel’s merch company, lending his voice to commercials and audiobooks, and booking Nashville Nights, a weekly summertime songwriter series at Steel Hands Brewing in Cayce, South Carolina.
