ABOUT ABIGAIL ROSE
Nashville native Abigail Rose’s musical journey began in her childhood spent on the
outskirts of Music Row. After years of experimentation and soul-searching, she has
arrived with a collection of honest songs that tell her story in vivid color with a palette
that paints Abigail’s sound as a unique fusion of folk-rock and alt-pop.
Abigail’s collaboration with producer Mike Lohmeier has resulted in a collection of
deeply resonant songs, beginning with the release of her debut EP, Surprise Valley.
This project marks the start of a promising career, showcasing her talent for blending heartfelt storytelling with a rich, genre-bending sound.
Abigail’s music has already garnered significant attention, with over 1 million streams across major streaming platforms, and her songs are featured on Spotify’s New Music Friday, Front Page Indie, and RADAR playlists, as well as Apple Music’s Today’s Acoustic and New in Alternative. However, it’s not just her streaming achievements that set her apart.
Abigail’s connection to her community runs deep, having volunteered with Musicians On Call for over ten years, a nonprofit that brings music to the bedsides of patients in hospitals. In May of 2024, she was invited to perform at their 25th anniversary celebration alongside Kelsea Ballerini, Wynonna Judd, and Tiera Kennedy. Recognized as one of the standout artists in The Other Nashville Society’s ‘TONS Next Class of 2024’, Abigail Rose is emerging as an exciting new voice in indie music and the Nashville scene.
ABOUT JONATHAN PLEVYAK
Jonathan Plevyak is a Nashville rock and soul singer with a deliciously vintage sound that is truly one of a kind. Jonathan’s love for artists like Elvis, Johnny Cash, Sam Cooke, and Billie Holiday provided his musical foundation, interwoven with elements of contemporary rock & roll. Jonathan’s retro style will scratch an itch you didn’t even know was there.
His debut EP “Made In The Shade” was released in January and sounds just like a vinyl record pulled off the shelf in the ‘50s. The lead single, “Wild, Love,” has been out since last year and has been featured in over 100,000+ user-generated videos on TikTok, highlighting the community of old souls, hopeless romantics, and lovers of a bygone era that Jonathan is fostering.
“The Drive In,” released earlier this year, marked the beginning of the “Loverboy” era, Jonathan’s upcoming second EP. This project is far more ambitious than the first, as it will have an overarching story set in the nostalgic world Jonathan is building. There is also an accompanying hand-drawn comic book depicting this narrative with each single released. “Electric Eyes” is now out on all platforms as of August 2nd.
Coinciding with the Loverboy era are Jonathan’s live performances. He and his live band, The Jukebox Boys, joined Pokey Lafarge on his Rhumba Country tour in May. Jonathan made his West Coast debut in Los Angeles at The Hotel Cafe as well as created a 1950s retro prom night-themed event in Nashville called The Jukebox Jam, which will be an annual staple at The Basement East.
